Perfectly situated on the old highland route to the Western Isles yet just 45 minutes from Glasgow Airport, Knockderry House provides the touring visitor to Scotland the ideal first night stay. This historic house is discreetly located on the banks of Loch Long and offers panoramic loch views. The House offers 15 comfortable bedrooms, award-winning dining and peaceful environment in which to prepare for a memorable tour of Scotland.

Our general terms are outlined below, however, Knockderry House is delighted to offer our colleagues in the travel trade preferential rates. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and terms.

Group Tours: We are happy to offer specific terms for groups tours requiring 5 rooms or more. Please contact us directly for details.

Room Rates: Discounted room rates are non-commissionable and available only during the agreed contracted time frame. Room rates must be negotiated annually and are viable for a maximum of 4 rooms per stay unless agreed in advance.

Reservations: Our rooms can be booked directly with one of our friendly team via email or telephone. Confirmation with a proforma invoice will be issued immediately for payment before arrival.

Payment: Payment must be made in full, at least 14 days in advance and only via Bank Transfer.

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival. After this time or in the case of a ‘no show’ the full amount of the reservation for all nights is chargeable.

Guest arrival: Guests may arrive between 3pm and 10pm and earlier by arrangement. After this time we cannot guarantee access to the property without prior arrangement.
